Manufacturing Description

To manufacture packing tape we need to take BOPP film roll which also known as polyester film and do printing on BOPP film of company logo by the customer requriment.
After printing is done the process will get forward to coating. In coating we need to do gum coating for the polyester film by the customer demand of (Micron’s) the coating will be done for the BOPP film.
The coated film will be taken to the slitting process. In slitting process the gum coated film will be converted in to the small rolls based on customer requirement (Meter’s).
The colours are used for background colour on customer requirements.
The BOPP tape rolls will be packed into carton boxes and delivered to the companys.
